This film was produced for environmental campaign and training organisation Embercombe working with the construction giant Bovis Lend Lease.

This film was commissioned by Embercombe and Bovis to show the work involved in their 1-week residential Graduate Development Program, and to be between 15 and 20 minutes in length for their website and internal use.

BIGetc shot with the group over two days, interviewing the attendees and the course leaders. Media delivered was DVD, Flash FLV Video and Quicktime.
